Dear Librarians,I am the author of several visionary fiction/sci-fi novels, and have written I, HUMAN to explore how technology might someday diminish our feeling and intuitive centers and turn us into cyborg-like creatures. This is what has happened in the late-21st century setting of my novel, where most people have neural processors and 200-plus I.Q.s but are prone to emotional breakdowns. This sets the stage for my hero's journey to reclaim his humanity.
