Dear Reader,I have spent most of life trying to become thin, doing every diet known to man and some from Mars. I have a gold star for losing weight. I have a platinum one for gaining it back. I thought it was time to share my story.
GETTING WAISTED is the ultimate anti-diet book. It's not that I am an advocate of being fat but I am advocate of being good enough as we are. My story is funny and painful but it's also inspirational.
