Robert Ferrigno

Dear Librarian,

For the last couple years, when people asked me about the book I was writing, I'd say, well, it's a lot like my usual crime novels --- a morally tainted hero and his smarter girlfriend, with playful psychos in pursuit. Same sort of book… except… well, it's set in 2040. After a civil war has left the former United States divided between an Islamic republic and a Christian Bible Belt. In this new America there are still Superbowls and Academy Awards, but calls to prayer echo in the streets, moral free-fire zones distract a repressed population, and Jihad Cola is the beverage of choice.

Like I said… a tasty helping of the usual.
