Pam Jenoff

Dear Librarian,

Those of you who are familiar with my first two books, The Kommandant's Girl and The Diplomat's Wife, may be wondering about the genre shift — ALMOST HOME is modern suspense, while my other novels were historical fiction. However, the books have several important things in common. First, ALMOST HOME shares the same historical events, international suspense, and romance that readers have come to expect. It similarly shares a common central theme – a young woman, facing extraordinary circumstances, who learns more about herself and her inner strength than she thought possible. Finally, ALMOST HOME is also a passion project, conceived out of the same travels and experiences that affected me so profoundly.

More than a decade in the making, I'm thrilled to see this project now in the trade paperback format that so many of your book clubs and readers enjoy. Thanks so much for all of your support!

I'm delighted to offer a giveaway of five copies of ALMOST HOME. To enter, just e-mail me by March 1 (my e-mail address is available under the "contact" tab at my website www.pamjenoff.com). I hope to hear from you!
