Peter Manus

Dear Librarian,

As a one-time librarian, I remember the countless reader requests for innovative fiction. In part, that's what encouraged me to write a mystery completely in the form of the protagonist's weblog. FICKLE is presented in the voice of a twenty-something editor whose blog devoted to pulp fiction keeps her up nights, bantering with her blog-buddies. When she posts that she's just witnessed a suicide in a Boston subway station, her life and her blog become as dark as any noir. The blog format allows FICKLE to explore multiple levels of storytelling while remaining a tight read. I hope you will visit my website at lifeispulp.blogspot.com to learn more. I think readers looking for something new will really appreciate this twist on the epistolary novel.

Happy reading,
Peter Manus
