Dear Librarian, Before I wrote the upcoming sequel to my novel BLOODANGEL... I absolutely had to write UNINVITED. A teenager fights to save her older brother from a dangerous fallen angel -- uncovering the threat to her own life, and the terrible choice she must make. Holly Black says it's "full of wicked delights and devilish charm". Christopher Golden calls it "an excellent novel" and "a fantastic, nightmarish tale". I wrote it because I've always loved YA fiction, thrillers and urban fantasy. I also wanted to explore the bond between siblings, and what happens when the one who is used to being rescued – the little sister -- becomes the one who has to save the older brother she idolizes. UNINVITED is a supernatural thriller, but it's also about family ties, consequence and a young woman's coming of age.
