Jennifer Schaertl

Dear Librarian,

Is it possible to navigate any kitchen, no matter how crappy or how little? That's why I wrote GOURMET MEALS IN CRAPPY LITTLE KITCHENS. Cook books abound with time constraints, but no one has adequately tackled the difficult topic of a spatial constraints. What if I don't have any kitchen gadgets and fancy equipment? What if I don't have them because there wouldn't be any place to store them in my Crappy Little Kitchen (CLK)?

We'll tackle the myths about gourmet cooking and show readers how to make delectable meals whatever the kitchen situation. I'll offer a range of dishes from appetizers and salads to soups and one-pot wonders to side dishes and entrees, and of course, dessert.

While learning my guerilla warfare cooking techniques, the reader will also learn to love their CLK. When the food tastes better, the company you keep will notice!

Write me to win one of five FREE copies: jenschaertl@crappylittlekitchens.com.
