Chris Fabry
Dear Reader,
Dreams are dangerous things. Billy Allman had one but it fizzled. You probably have one that you're hanging onto. What do you do with dreams that don't die a natural death?
Last year a caller to my radio program told me about Billy Allman who lived at a radio station in Lost Creek, WV. His story captivated me and I decided to base a story on his dream. I think it will move you.
For those who enjoyed my novels Dogwood and June Bug, they'll be thrilled to see Natalie and some other recurring characters that populate the world of ALMOST HEAVEN.
Though Dogwood, WV is fictional, it's really where I grew up. The people are as real as I remember. The music works its way into your soul. And you can't help but want to keep coming back.
If you'll send me an email to chris@chrisfabry.com and tell me your favorite bluegrass song, I'll enter you in a contest to win one of five copies of ALMOST HEAVEN.
Sincerely,
Chris Fabry
