Dear Reader,
When I was ten years old my beloved grandmother took her life in my childhood home. She was my caretaker. That was the sad news, but the good news was that years after her death, I found her retrospective journal depicting her life in Europe during World War I. My book, REGINA'S CLOSET: FINDING MY GRANDMOTHER'S SECRET JOURNAL weaves my grandmother's fascinating story of three immigrations, with my own contemporary story. It's an inspirational book about two spirited women who survive in spite of all odds. I invite you to join us on our journey.
Have you ever lost a loved one to suicide or a similar tragedy? Let me hear your story in 500 words or less. Five writers will be chosen to receive free autographed copies of REGINA'S CLOSET: FINDING MY GRANDMOTHER'S SECRET JOURNAL which is a finalist in ForeWord Magazine's Best Book of the Year for 2007.
Send through my website: www.dianaraab.com.
Happy writing,
Diana
