Amy Koppelman
Dear Reader,
Is saying you're sorry enough? That question was rattling around my head as I wrote my second novel. I'm still not sure (but I don't think so). I SMILE BACK, asks the reader to answer this and many other questions that deal with the legacy of trauma. ISB isn't an easy novel but it's honest. I hope you will take the time to look at it. Also, please know I would be happy to speak to your book group by telephone, email and/or in person if you live close to New York City.
I am giving away five free books. To enter the contest please answer the following question and send your answer to me at amykoppelman@aol.com.
If your best friend was being self-destructive (cheating or drinking/drugging or engaging in anorexic/bulimic behavior) and you had the opportunity to tell her (in a scene) how to get her act together (stop the bullshit), how would you do it? What would you say?
Thank you,
Amy Koppelman
